<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for toilets which does not requires reinforcement or the like in its installation, does not obstruct a user, and has improved safety. <P>SOLUTION: This handrail 1 for toilets includes: either one or both of a floor-surface fitting 11 attached to a floor surface 21 and a wall-surface fitting attached to a wall surface 22; a semicircular guide member 12 installed on one side or both sides of a toilet bowl 3, with one end side retained to the floor-surface fitting 11 and/or the wall-surface fitting; a semicircular movable member 13 attached to the guide member 12 so as to reciprocate along the guide member 12; and an armrest arm 14 attached to the end of the movable member 13, turned into a horizontal state when a user uses the toilet bowl 3 and used for interposing the arm of a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
