<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin film medium with which redeposition of combustibles to a resin film is suppressed compared with a case cutting the whole medium with laser and with which separation of a functional layer is suppressed compared with a case of cutting the whole medium with a cutting blade. <P>SOLUTION: For a laminated body 28 having a resin film base 10 (resin film) and a functional layer 26 (electrode 12, photoconductive layer 14, laminate layer 16, light absorbing layer 18, liquid crystal layer 20, electrode 22, and resin film base 24) laminated on the resin film base 10, for example, cutting is performed in two steps comprising: a first cutting in which at least the functional layer 26 is cut with laser 32 from the functional layer side of the laminated body 28; and a second cutting in which the resin film base 10 (resin film) is cut by inserting a blanking blade 36 (cutting blade) in a cutting groove 32A formed by the laser 32, and thus, a liquid crystal display medium 101 is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
