<p>Provided is a polyester resin composition comprising a fine cellulose fiber composite having a mean fiber diameter of 0.1-200 nm and formed by joining a hydrocarbon group to a polyester resin and a fine cellulose fiber by amide bonding. This polyester resin composition can be processed into a molded body by, for instance, thermoforming or injection molding, and can be favorably used in a variety of industrial applications, such as daily necessities, consumer electronics components, packaging materials for consumer electronics components, and automobile components. Moreover, the fine cellulose fiber composite has a high level of dispersibility in a wide variety of polar solvents and demonstrates a thickening effect, and therefore is favorable for use in thickening agents of various kinds and the like.</p> |
