The piston unit (6) has a first piston (61) and a second piston (62). The rod unit (7) extends through the main plunge (5). The resilient member (8) is mounted to the second plunge (52). The cylinder unit (9) has a first cylinder (91) and a second cylinder (92). The first piston (61) is movable in the first cylinder (91) and forms an enclosed second chamber (80).
