The present invention relates to a low reflective coating composition with improved scratch resistance and, more specifically, to a low reflective coating composition and an anti-reflective film manufactured using the same, wherein the coating composition includes light polymerizable compounds, hollow silica particles, polyether siloxane-based polymers, and photopolymerization initiators. The low reflective coating composition according to the present invention has a low light reflection rate and high light transmittance and provides improved surface scratch resistance without degradation of definition of a screen.
