The present invention provides a filter for a sink drainage hole, which is segmented for being opened and closed in order to facilitate opening and closing operations with the use of a segmented cylindrical structure and facilitating the discharge of food particles into the lower part of the sink. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the filter, which is installed in the sink drainage hole for filtering out food particles, has a symmetric structure divided into two, including; a pair of segmented cylindrical containers, which has an inlet on the upper surface, outlets densely formed on the outer circumference, and a lower receiving unit closed in the lower part, and rotates for being opened and closed based on an hinge axis installed in the upper part; and an opening and closing handle, which is installed on the upper surface of either of the segmented cylindrical containers.
