A coolant circulation circuit (120) includes a pipe (134) through which a liquid coolant (A) cooling an object to be cooled circulates, and a heat exchanger (121) cooling the coolant (A). The pipe (134) has an inner circumferential surface provided with a plurality of bubble trapping regions capable of trapping bubbles and placed at a distance from each other in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the pipe (134), such that air within the pipe (134) can be divided and trapped in the plurality of bubble trapping regions (150).
