摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a Benincasa hispida extract having an improved antioxidation ability, and a functional food composition for an antioxidation ability having, as an active ingredient, the Benincasa hispida extract wherein the antioxidation ability thereof is improved. Additionally, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for anti-aging, including, as an active ingredient, the Benincasa hispida extract wherein the antioxidation ability thereof is improved. The cosmetic composition can be an anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition. The Benincasa hispida extract prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has a remarkably improved antioxidation ability and an excellent anti-aging prevention capability, particularly an anti-wrinkle capability, and the preparation method of the present invention also has excellent extraction yield in comparison with existing extraction methods. Additionally, the Benincasa hispida extract of the present invention is a natural material as an active ingredient such that side effects do not occur, and, thereby widely being used in food and cosmetic industrial fields.
