Disclosed are a remote radio base station apparatus having a local scalability and an in-building repeating system. The remote radio base station apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a CPRI/OBSAI signal processor, connected to a base station controller via a first wire, for communicating information with the base station apparatus by using a first digital communication scheme; and a master UTP interface transceiver for converting the first digital communication scheme signal, received from the CPRI/OBSAI signal processor, into a second digital communication scheme signal without passing an analog signal conversion process, and converting the second digital communication scheme signal, received from a plurality of distributed devices connected via a second wire and installed at dead zones in a building, into the first digital communication scheme signal without passing an analog signal conversion process.
