PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition which gives a molded article excellent in conductivity and water resistance, and an antistatic resin composition which gives a molded article excellent in antistatic property and water resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive or antistatic resin composition comprises a polymer type ionic liquid (A) comprising at least one onium cation group (a) and a polymer (b) having a counter anion group, and a thermoplastic resin (B), and has a melt viscosity ratio [log[ρ(A)/ρ(B)]] at 240°C of -0.5 to 0.5.
