The thin film type solar cell having a light change layer of a semiconductor compound is characterized by comprising an anti-reflection coating which is formed on one surface of the light change layer and has a mixture of Mg, Zn and F, wherein the mixture of the anti-reflection coating has the weight ratio of Zn to Mg-F of 2:8 or 7:3.
