The present invention relates to a thin film type compound solar cell capable of improving the light change efficiency by an anti-reflection coating which is formed on the surface of the solar cell, displays a high refractive index and prevents the yellowing phenomenon of a light absorption layer, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The thin film type solar cell having a light change layer of a semiconductor compound is characterized by comprising an anti-reflection coating which is formed on one surface of the light change layer and has a mixture of Mg, Zn and F, wherein the mixture of the anti-reflection coating has the weight ratio of Zn to Mg-F of 2:8 or 7:3. |
