The present invention is a vacuum sucking jet propelling device capable of generating energy in a following method. A venturi type pipe, which includes a vacuum ejector or a vacuum suction unit, is connected to an outlet of a nozzle in a propelling device of a water jet, and external air or external water is sucked by the vacuum suction unit when the water is sprayed from the nozzle. Speed energy of the sucked air and water is added up, and the air and the water are discharged to the outside so that energy can be generated. |
