PURPOSE: A red pepper crusher is provided to crush red pepper into the proper particle size, and to discharge the red pepper after crushing in a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A red pepper crusher includes a hollow housing (10) with an outlet on the lower side, and a crushing unit (20) installed on a hollow hole (10a) of the housing. The crushing unit includes a crushing motor generating rotation force, a rotary shaft vertically installed in the hollow hole for rotating with the rotation force from the crushing motor, and plural crushing plates (23) installed on the rotary shaft. More than one eccentric blade is installed on the edge of the crushing plates in a spiral structure. A spiral crushing path is formed on the outer wall of the crushing unit by the eccentric blades. Red pepper is crushed by the eccentric blade on each crushing plate forming the spiral structure, and is discharged through the outlet. |
