The present invention relates to a radio frequency stimulator which converts radio frequency (RF) into thermal energy by applying the RF to the inner portion of the biological tissue of a human body and increases the temperature of the human body with the thermal energy in order to obtaining effects such as health care or beauty care and, more specifically, to a high frequency stimulator which reduces electrostimulation generated in the contact area of an electrode pad portion and human body, has an electrode structure for inducing deep heat generation and regularly controls radio frequency current by having a duty ratio. The present invention for solving the problems of the existing technology comprises: a main body which is equipped with a circuit generating radio frequency current in order to induce heat in the inner portion of the biological tissue of the human body; an electrode unit which is electronically connected to the main body and acts as an active electrode for flowing the radio frequency current of high pressure generated in toe main body to the human body; and the electrode pad portion which acts as a neutral electrode connected to the main body and is arranged in a belt method by fixing multiple conductive plates with a flexible cover so that one side is exposed to the outside. The radio frequency stimulator is characterized by regularly controlling the radio frequency current generated in the main body.
