摘要 The present invention relates to a terminal and PCB combining structure of a map sensor for a vehicle, which can improve assembling properties by easily connecting a terminal and a PCB. The terminal and PCB combining structure of a map sensor for a vehicle comprises a housing composed of a body which has a fixed internal space and has a through-hole for communicating with the outside, and a connector which is included at one side of the body and accommodates a terminal inside thereof; a pressure sensor which is included at one side of the internal space communicated with the through-hole in order to recognize the pressure of air flowing into the inside; a PCB which is electrically connected with the terminal and the pressure sensor in order to measure the recognized pressure by the pressure sensor. Multiple connecting holes are formed to penetrate one side of the plate surface of the PCB. An elastic connecting unit is formed at the end of the terminal which is inserted into the connecting hole in order to maintain a state where the end of the terminal is inserted into the connecting holes by applying elasticity toward the inner surface of the connecting hole. Therefore, the terminal and the PCB can be easily and electrically connected with each other in an insertion method without welding a joint between the terminal and the PCB. By removing a welding process when combining the terminal and the PCB, the combining structure prepared by the present invention can reduce the assembling costs and hours and improve the assembling properties at the same time.
