PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet or film containing a gas barrier layer, having low temperature characteristics, excellent barrier property, heat sterilization aptness and non-shrink property. SOLUTION: This multilayer film or sheet made of an unstretched laminate having a gas barrier layer, an adhesive resin layer and a polyolefinic resin layer, has oxygen transmittance measured according to ASTM-D3985 being 1-100 cc [m<SP>2</SP>/(day MPa) at 23°C 65%RH], low-temperature impact absorption energy at 5°C measured according to ASTM-D3420 being 0.6J or more, a fusing point of 110°C or higher when each layer of the laminate is crystalline resin, an outflow start temperature of 110°C or higher when each layer of the laminate is noncrystalline resin, and a heat shrinkage rate in an MD direction and a heat shrinkage rate in a TD direction at 110°C being both 0-2%.
