The present invention relates to an electric drum lift including a drum rotation unit, capable of electrically moving a drum in which liquid such as medicine is stored by using a cart and remarkably improving work efficiency. At the electric drum lift of the present invention, two bottom frames (11) are installed at one side of a body (10) in parallel. An electric wheel (10a) driven by a motor is installed at the lower surface of the body (10). Each wheel (11a) is installed at the lower end of the bottom frame (11). A scissors lift (12) operated by a cylinder (12a) is installed at the upper part of the bottom frame (11) to be slid in a direction to cross the sliding direction. A support board (13) is installed at the upper part of the scissors lift (12).
