The present invention relates to a case for a fingernail beauty tool having a beautiful appearance with an easy manufacture, capable of being connected one another by forming a guide groove and a guide rail on the top, bottom and side parts. The case (1) comprises: a cover (10) and a lower case (11) which are hinge (12)-connected; various shapes of insertion grooves (13) formed inside of the lower case; and magnets (15) built in each insertion groove. The case comprises a guide rail (15) which protrudes at the upper part of the cover; a guide groove (16) which is formed at the lower part of the lower case; and a side guide rail (17) and a side guide groove (18) which are formed on the side part of the lower case.
