The present invention relates to a clinical specimen filter which has an original function as the clinical specimen filter for filtering a sample liquid, prevents the sample liquid from flowing out by guiding the supply of the sample liquid and prevents the sample liquid from flowing out during a suction process. The clinical specimen filter according to the present invention comprises: a filter body wherein a membrane filter is arranged on the top and space is formed in the bottom; a guide member which is inserted and fitted to the upper edge of the filter body to be attachable and detachable to guide the sample liquid to the membrane filter during a supply process and absorbs shocks when contacting a slide; and a stopper which is coupled to the space of the filter body to be attachable and detachable to prevent the sample liquid from flowing out.
