An automatic transfer apparatus for a warhead is disclosed. The automatic transfer apparatus for a warhead comprises a conveyor which has a rectangular shape through the combination of multiple rectangular frames, where multiple guide rollers are arranged to be able to rotate in order to guide a pallet at regular intervals on the top surface thereof, and which has a sensor for sensing the position of the guided pallet at one side of the back side end thereof; a rotating triaxial robot which is located at one side of the conveyor, and moves a warhead to a fixed position by grasping and rotating the warhead on the conveyor; and a vertical robot which lifts the transferred warhead by the rotating triaxial robot up to a fixed height in order to be hung a guide rail. A warhead transferred along the conveyor is put on the vertical robot using the rotating triaxial robot, and the vertical robot lifts the warhead up to a height to be hung on the guide rail, thereby rapidly moving the warhead from the conveyor to the guide rail safely within a short time. In other words, the automatic transfer apparatus for a warhead can have an effect of moving a warhead from a conveyor to a guide rail within a short time not through manual work by a worker but through an automatic process by a robot. |
