A PAN ID conflict resolution method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a conflict notification reception step in which a first PAN coordinator of a PAN group to which a device which detected a PAN ID conflict is included receives a PAN ID conflict notification from the device; an information exchange step in which the first PAN coordinator exchanges PAN ID update agreement information with a second PAN coordinator of another PAN group where the conflict is occurring; a determination step in which each of the first and second coordinator compares the exchange information and determines its PAN ID to solve the conflict; a rearrangement notification step in which one PAN coordinator to change the PAN ID according to the determination notifies devices of its PAN group of an rearrangement toward the PAN ID to be changed.
