The present invention relates to an automatic painting apparatus capable of painting or coating by spraying paint on a specimen plate and, more specifically, to an automatic painting apparatus capable of: freely adjusting not only the free movement of a spray gun but also an interval between the spray gun and a specimen and a spray range; reducing energy consumption by being connectively operated to a Z-axis movement unit by using the power of the driving motor of a Y-axis driving part; removing paint which remains in a paint path through a separate compressed air spray path in the spray gun by using compressed air; controlling the moving interval of a support which moves back and forth in the X-axis direction along an X-axis guide frame by previously setting step by step by including multiple support detecting sensors which are arranged by being separated at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the X-axis guide frame; and immediately delivering operation abnormalities including a malfunction to a worker through an alarm module and stopping all operations of the automatic painting apparatus through an emergency blocking module in case of an emergency. |
