PURPOSE: A digestion bath system for fluently transferring sludge and improving the efficiency of a digesting bath is provided to transfer sludge of high concentration using a single pump by introducing heated sludge of high concentration into an anaerobic digesting bath. CONSTITUTION: A digestion bath system for fluently transferring sludge includes a thickener(320), a heater(340), and an anaerobic digestion bath(330). The thickener concentrates sludge. The heater heats sludge of high concentration with hot water or steam. The anaerobic digestion bath digests the heated sludge of high concentration. The heater uses gas generated from the anaerobic digestion bath. The system further includes a solubilizing unit(350). The solubilizing unit solubilizes the sludge from the anaerobic digestion bath. The solubilized sludge is circulated to the anaerobic digestion bath. |
