Disclosed is an energy generating system using sunlight energy and wind energy. An energy generating system comprises: alight conversion module for converting sunlight energy into electric energy; a wind conversion module for converting wind energy into electric energy; and a heating element connected to the light conversion module and the wind conversion module directly. The electric energy, which is generated from the light conversion module and the wind conversion module, is applied to the heating element. Sunlight windows and doors and/or a solar cell unit can be used as the light conversion module. Therefore, provided is an energy generating system which is capable of increasing efficiency due to a simplified structure; generating electric energy environment-friendly and economically.
