PURPOSE: According to a business client's request, a chatting message is transmitted to users registered as business client customers, and the contents of the chatting message can be re-transmitted through other messaging service if the transmission is failed. After sending a chatting message to users according to a business client's request, according to a type of the chatting message, the chatting message can be re-transmitted to the user who did not receive the chatting message, especially in a short sentence message. Contents corresponding to a chatting message in a chatting room of a business client and a user are provided to the user. CONSTITUTION: At least one chatting room corresponding to an instant messaging service between at least one business client (100) and at least one user (110) registered as customer to a business client. Responding to a request of a business client, a chatting message is transmitted from a business client to users by using at least one chatting room. A chatting message is determined whether it is successfully received by one of the users. A message corresponding to a chatting message is transmitted to one of the users through a messaging service different from an instant messaging service based on a result of the determination.
