PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sponge roller brush for brushing and conveying is provided to maximize production yield by making the surface of a brush touch the surface of an object uniformly. CONSTITUTION: A second pipe (2) is prepared. The diameter of the second pipe is greater than the diameter of a first pipe. A spiral hole is formed in the second pipe at regular intervals. An adjust bolt (3) corresponding to each spiral hole is prepared. An upper cap (4) and a lower cap (5) which cover the ends of the pipes are prepared. |
