The present invention relates to a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) of which a transmitting device comprises a sensor part to measure the pressure of a tire; a power part to supply a voltage to the sensor part; and a transmitting part to wirelessly transmit the pressure data of the tire corresponding to signals from the sensor part. The power part comprises a generation part to generate a voltage by converting mechanical energy from the outside into electrical energy; a charging part to charge the voltage from the generation part; and a voltage detection part to detect the voltage charging state of the charging part. The voltage charging state of the charging part is transmitted to a receiving device through the transmitting part.
