The present invention relates to a cyclotron comprising: a main body; a chamber provided inside the main body to form space for acceleration of particles; a magnetic part disposed at a position adjacent to the chamber to accelerate the particles which progress inside the chamber; and an electrode assembly including an upper electrode plate and a lower electrode plate installed in the inside of the chamber and installed to allow the particles to pass through between the upper electrode plate and the lower electrode plate. According to the present invention, it is possible to detect the trajectory of the particles accelerated inside the chamber and accurately detect whether the cyclotron operates normally. Damage to a machine can be prevented and the withdrawal accuracy of the particles can be improved by controlling the vertical amplitude of the particles. |
