The purpose of the present invention is to provide a subminiature coaxial connector, which is capable of smoothly attaching or detaching a female connector and a male connector by maintaining desired removal force and insertion force with the minimization of an error when the female connector and the male connector equipped with an attachment and detachment configuration respectively are manufactured and assembled, and preventing the female and male connectors from being separated from each other by stably fixing the female and male connectors after coupling the female and male connectors. The subminiature coaxial connector of the present invention has an external plug of the male connector divided into a main body and an insert body thereon, has an integrated snap protrusion which engages with a holding protrusion of an external holder on the outer circumference surface of a coupling portion of the insert body inserted into the external holder of the female connector, wherein the snap protrusion is disposed along the circumference of the coupling portion; the outer diameter size of the snap protrusion is elastically deformed by a plurality of slits which is axially formed, and also has a contact protrusion being in contact with the inner circumference surface of the external holder on the outer circumference surface of a front end of the insert body. |
