The present invention relates to a system and method for one source contents-multi use of a smartphone character. The present invention comprises: a character server setting a talk doll character according to the connection of a smartphone through a network; a service content-creating server generating at least one webtoon content, application content, and 3D animation content, which are service content, transmitting the webtoon content, application content, and 3D animation content according to a smartphone user after the smartphone is connected through the network; and a profit content-creating server receiving the talk doll character set at the character server through the network, creating a smartphone accessory, game, items for the fans, which are profit content, by using the talk doll character set, and transmitting creation information to the smartphone through the network. By this, the present invention improves accessibility and availability of the consumers through the content, satisfies user's appearance demands, providing the effects of contributing to a friendly image of a character brand with service content. Also, through a content linkage system, attracting and promoting advertisements are naturally and easily formed, and provides the ability to increase brand awareness by using a character and implement high value by contributing the development of the local character industry.
