摘要 The challenge of the present invention is to suppress the generation of wrinkles during the formation of a conductive metal layer when manufacturing a conductive laminated film where a transparent conductive layer and a conductive metal layer are successively formed on a transparent film material. A manufacturing method of the present invention includes a metal layer formation process wherein, while a long-length transparent conductive film, which is made by forming a transparent conductive layer on a long-length transparent film material made of polyether-based resin, is conveyed, a conductive metal layer is successively formed on the transparent conductive layer side of the transparent conductive film. The metal layer formation process is performed in a decompressed environment of less than 1 Pa. The long-length transparent conductive film is continuously conveyed by using conveying tension, and the conductive metal layer is successively deposited on the transparent conductive layer side while the non-transparent conductive layer side is in contact with the surface of a layer-forming roll. The surface temperature of the layer-forming roll is desired to be 110-200°C. Unit area conveying tension of a surface, which is perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the film material at a layer-formation point, is desired to be 0.6-1.8 N/mm^2.
