The invention relates to a method for deploying optical fibre networks in underground piping networks, which includes the following steps: (a) installing and fastening tensioning elements (4) at the ends of the underground pipe; (b) introducing at least one optical fibre cable (1) in the pipe; (c) positioning, tightening and fastening the cables by means of the tensioning elements (4); (d) inserting and expanding a pneumatic device (2) inside the underground pipe, said pneumatic device containing rings (3) of fibreglass impregnated with the resin; (e) setting the resin and creating a joining or supporting structure for the optical fibre cable (1); and (f) installing and fastening the optical fibre cable (1) on the partial circumference of the manholes through which said cable passes.
