摘要 The present invention relates to a rubber composition with improve heat resistance and, more specifically, to a rubber composition including base blending rubber composed of 0-50 wt% of CHR epichlorohydrin rubber (ECO), chlorinated polyethylene rubber, and 40-50 wt% of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CPE); 2-4 wt% of nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate as an anti-aging agent in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber; 8-13 wt% of magnesium oxide as a vulcanization accelerator in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber; 50-52 wt% of carbon black as a reinforcing agent in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber; 23-30 wt% of calcium carbonate as a charging agent in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber; 18-20 wt% of a plasticizer selected from a group composed of an ester group and a trimellitate group in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber; 1-1.5 wt% of a softener for improving difference in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber; and 2-3 wt% of an processing material for improving a flow in a molding process in respect with 100 wt% of the base blending rubber.
