FERTILIZER MANUFACTURING DEVICE FROM FOOD WASTE

Disclosed is a manufacturing device for fertilizer from food waste which comprises: a reactor which mixes food waste and additives to provide a food waste device for fertilizer that reduces sludge remnants generated during a process of turning the food waste into organic fertilizer, purifies wastewater and reduces salt density; a scrubber which absorbs harmful gases and dusts inside the reactor for dissolution and removal; an adsorption column which absorbs and adsorbs organic gases and foul odor generated from the scrubber for removal; a water tank which stores sludge remnants precipitated inside the scrubber; a sludge pump which sucks in the precipitated sludge remnants inside the scrubber and transfers the said sludge remnants to the water tank; an ozone generator which generates ozone inside the water tank; a ultrasound generator which generates ultrasound in the water tank; a wastewater purifier which purifies wastewater that is separated and discharged from the sludge remnants in the water tank; a wastewater filter which filters the wastewater discharged from the water tank; a first sorter which sorts foreign materials from the food waste discharged from the reactor; a pulverizer which crushes and pulverizes the rough food waste treated by the first sorter; a second sorter which sorts foreign materials from the food waste treated by the pulverizer; a demineralizer which controls the salt density of the food waste treated by the second sorter; and a water content controller which controls the water content of the food waste treated by the demineralizer.
