The present invention provides a full human anti-TNF-alpha monoclonal antibody, the preparation method and use thereof. The antibody in the present invention has an amino acid sequence of heavy chain variable region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 6 and an amino acid sequence of light chain variable region as shown in SEQ ID NO: 8. The antibody in the present invention can be used to prepare medicines for the treatment of autoimmune disorders.
