Disclosed is a dental unit which is for gum massage. The dental unit includes: a hand piece having a nozzle; a water supply line to supply distilled water from a water supply tank in which distilled water is stored; an air supply line to deliver compressed air to the hand piece through a compressor; a drug supply unit to store a drug for anti-inflammation; a drug supply line which is connected between the drug supply unit and the water supply line to deliver the drug stored in the drug supply unit to the hand piece; and a powder supply unit installed on the air supply line to store cleansing powder. The hand piece is placed close to gum to spray the drug, powder, and distilled water to gum while the intensity for spraying is changed, and the said process is repeated to perform the gum massage.
