PURPOSE: The tag holder of a precision substrate receiving box is provided to improve productivity by simultaneously receiving a wireless recognition chip and a recognition bar code plate. CONSTITUTION: A female protrusion includes a through hole. A tag holder(27) receives a recognition bar code plate(29) and a wireless recognition chip(50). The tag holder includes a click part(27a) which is inserted in the female protrusion on the end side of a horizontal part(27-1). A first receiving part(S1) receives a recognition bar code plate. A second receiving part(S2) receives the wireless recognition chip with a standing posture. A third receiving part(S3) receives the wireless recognition chip with a horizontal posture. |
