PURPOSE: A floating marine structure having a top side module and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the use efficiency of an upper deck and to lower the vertical center of gravity of a ship. CONSTITUTION: A floating marine structure having a top side module (30) comprises a support (31) and multiple vertical posts (33). The support supports plant equipment (40). The vertical posts are connected to the support. The bottom ends of the vertical posts are directly coupled to an upper deck (24) to support a part of the plant equipment to the top of the upper deck.
