The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously designing a cabin of a vessel in two and three dimensions at 2D environment. The purpose of the present invention is to exclude errors occurring during a rework and a process that a worker for designing a cabin builds drawings in 2D drafting and performs a 3D modeling work at the same time. The method includes: a step of inputting a default file having variables such as a deck height, a panel height, a panel width, a panel thickness, a rest min width, a rest margin, and a layer, making a user 2D drawing by reading a main cabin model program number module definition file and inputting a 2D point of a start point and an end point; and a step of obtaining a matrix by taking a reverse matrix of a projection view matrix on coordinates based on a Z position obtained from a user and a 2D position which are 2D view matrix information and an inputted 2D position, obtaining another matrix by taking a reverse matrix of a transformation view matrix, and performing 3D position conversion.
