PURPOSE: A fiber-reinforced resin laminate, an artificial limb socket including thereof, and a manufacturing method of the artificial limb thereof are provided to use environmentally friendly and economical polyvinyl alcohol fiber circular knitted articles which maintain strength and weight of the socket, to improve working environment where ground dust is generated when making the socket, and to reduce skin trouble by replacing an existing carbon fiber which is an inorganic fiber. CONSTITUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin laminate includes polyvinyl alcohol fiber circular knitted articles which are made by circular-knitting polyvinyl alcohol fiber and a thermosetting resin which is hardened by being impregnate to the polyvinyl alcohol fiber circular knitted articles. The thermosetting resin is laminated on the polyvinyl fiber circular knitted articles. The fiber-reinforced resin laminate makes a feature of the binding of the layers of the polyvinyl fiber circular knitted articles and the thermosetting resin. A manufacturing method of an artificial limb socket is composed of the following steps of: the step(a) of preparing a mold of the artificial limb; the step(b) of mounting the polyvinyl fiber circular knitted articles on the mold; the step(c) of making the thermosetting resin to be impregnated in the polyvinyl fiber circular knitted articles; the step(d) of forming the fiber-reinforced resin laminate by hardening the thermosetting resin which is impregnated in the polyvinyl fiber circular knitted articles; and the step(e) of separating the fiber-reinforced resin laminate from the mold of the artificial limb socket. |
