The present invention relates to an irrigation manual for water management suitable for growing red peppers while irrigation flow is minimized in cultivating red peppers on the bare ground or in a facility, and an application thereof to an automatic irrigation system. When red pepper is irrigated in cultivation according to the irrigation manual of the present invention, the water management suitable for raising red peppers is possible while minimizing the irrigation flow. Moreover, when the manual is applied to an automatic irrigation system, a water measuring sensor and other measuring data, which are necessary for the automatic irrigation system, are unnecessary. As such, the costs related to the sensors of the automatic irrigation system and the outer data input are saved, accidents are prevented, and the efficiency of the system is enhanced.
