The present invention relates to a cooling device of a transformer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cooling device of a transformer in a mounting unit on which the transformer having a magnetic member and a coil is mounted comprises: a first plate on which a transformer is mounted and which is in contact with at least one part of the transformer to receive heat generated by the transformer; a second plate which is spaced apart from the first plate and arranged at one side thereof; and a coolant flow path defined between the first and second plates and allowing coolant to flow through the coolant flow path.
