PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an infinitesimally thin film sheet for an air filter and the infinitesimally thin film sheet for an air filter manufactured by the same are provided to fix warps and wefts without separate knots or braidings by manufacturing the infinitesimally thin film sheet for an air filter with a microsized mesh size and a thickness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an infinitesimally thin film sheet for an air filter comprises steps of: twinning polyester strings with a low melting point to have a diameter of 50 Mm to 100 Mm, weaving a network structure with a weft gap of 250 Mm to 400 Mm and a warp gap of 250 Mm to 400 Mm by using the twined polyester strings with a low melting point, and welding warps and wefts by heat-treating the woven network structure, thereby manufacturing an infinitesimally thin film sheet having a thickness of 80 Mm to 140 Mm. |
