PURPOSE: An aircraft fader and a fading method using the fader remove a transition response without configuring a system complicatedly. CONSTITUTION: An aircraft fader includes a switching time determination module (100) outputting a switching signal to a switching module (200) according to a switching command inputted from the outside and the switching module selecting and finally outputting a first output or a second output according to the switching signal inputted from the switching time determination module.
