The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing red pepper powder with ginseng and wild ginseng, the manufacturing method comprising: a first grinding step(S10) for putting dried red pepper into a raw material feeder and selecting from foreign substances by washing with air and brushing, then grinding the dried red pepper; a first mixing step(S20) for putting 88-93 weight% of ground red pepper powder and 3-5 weight% of cultured wild ginseng root into an agitator and mixing together; a second grinding step(S30) for grinding the mixed powder and grinding again into 110-150 mesh by particle sorter; a drying step(S40) for putting the secondarily ground powder into a hot air dryer in which hot air of 50-60°C is supplied from both upper and lower part and adjusting the moisture content to be less than 12%; a sterilizing step(S50) for re-detecting the foreign substances by putting the dried powder into a detector for metal foreign substances, then sterilizing using a 3-stage ultraviolet sterilizer; a second mixing step(S60) for transferring the sterilized red pepper powder to the storage tank, wherein the humidity of 20-35% and the temperature of 15-20°C are maintained, and adding 2-9 weight% of ginseng powder separately and mixing together; and a packaging step(S70) for pressed bailing the completed red pepper powder in a state of sealed.
