The present invention relates to a unit chair for dental clinic which collects expensive metals, such as gold, silver, plated gold, and the likes, from patients in dental clinic and a method for collecting metals from the patients in dental clinic. The unit chair for dental clinic comprises: a main body in which space is formed and various pipes are located inside; a dental cuspidor which is connected to the main body and for a patient to spit saliva; a holder which is connected to the main body and holds hand pieces; a suction hand piece which is held by the holder and for sucking saliva inside the mouth of a patient; and a metal collecting container which has a container main body, a lid and first and second connection pipes which are installed in the lid, and in which the first connection pipe is connected to the suction hand piece through a hose and the second connection pipe is connected to the main body through the hose. The unit chair for dental clinic has a structure that saliva of the patient, which is sucked by the suction hand piece, is entered into the container main body through the first connection pipe and the saliva is discharged through the second connection pipe and the pipe inside the main body. According to such structure, the metal collecting container is arranged near the unit chair in which the patient is treated and gold powder inside the metal collecting container is precipitated so that most metals, such as gold, silver, plated gold, and the likes, produced from the patient during the dental clinic can be collected and contributed to resource recycling. |
