The present invention provides a polarizing sheet and a production method comprising the steps of: (a) attaching a protective film at a front surface of a polarizing film for an LCD panel by arranging the polarizing film including an anti-dazzling function; (b) arranging the 1/4λ film which is able to modify wavelength on the front surface of the polarizing film; (c) attaching the 1/4λ film on the polarizing film; and (d) attaching a polarizing panel for controlling an optical view angle to the rear surface of the 1/4λ film. The method is able to prevent a user, who uses a terminal including the polarizing sheet, from having fatigue and enables the user to overcome the fatigue.
