The present invention relates to a multipurpose assistance tool for resting a body. The assistance tool of the present invention comprises: a cushion bar (110) made of a cushion material and formed into a rounded and long bar, wherein the cushion material provides a user with a comfortable contact feeling and houses pressure applied to the body part of the user when touching the body part of the user; a foldable shaft part (120) installed inside the cushion bar in the longitudinal direction of the cushion bar, folded by an external force folding the cushion bar, and is maintained to be folded unless other external forces are not applied; and an outer skin (130) surrounding the outside of the cushion bar (110). The present invention allows the user to freely transform the shape of the assistance tool while the user comfortably takes a rest, thereby allowing the user to use the assistance tool with various shapes according to the tastes of the user. |
