An input buffer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an amplifying circuit for amplifying and outputting the difference between a fist input signal and a second input signal and an inverter for receiving the output signal of the amplifying circuit and inverting/outputting the output signal, wherein the amplifying circuit transmits a bias voltage generated based on the first input signal or the second input signal to the inverter, which in turn operates in response to the bias voltage. |
