摘要 A hybrid sludge dewatering device of the present invention comprises: a laminated type cylinder having a plurality of stationary circular plates (120) and movable circular plates (130), which are alternately and repeatedly laminated with a gap therebetween; a screen type cylinder (C2) provided in consecutive with one side of the laminated type cylinder and formed in a punch net type; a screw (110) installed along central axes of the laminated type cylinder and the screen type cylinder to dewater sludge while moving and squeezing the sludge; a pivot induction unit (170) receiving the power of the screw to induce the movable circular plates to pivot with respect the stationary circular plates; a scraper installed at a wing of the screw, at which the screen type cylinder is positioned, to clean an inside surface of the screen type cylinder; a spray unit installed at the wing of the screw, at which the screen type cylinder is positioned, to blow and remove foreign materials inserted into screen holes of the screen type cylinder; and a motor installed at one side of the screw to provide the power to drive the screw. The present invention has an advantage of having smooth dewatering efficiency with a small load amount at the rear end of the cylinder by forming an overall portion of a cylinder to have a laminated type and forming the end portion of the cylinder to have a screen type while forming the screen type portion to have a scraper and an air or cleanser spray unit.
